About insider-trading data
Corporate insiders (directors, officers and beneficial owners of more than 10% of a company's stock) must report their trades to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Purchases and sales are disclosed on Form 4 within two business days; initial holdings on Form 3, annual true-ups on Form 5, and intent to sell restricted stock on Form 144.
SEC Notifier ingests these filings from EDGAR continuously, normalizes them, and makes the whole history explorable: sortable across every insider and company, not just a fixed top-ten. It's built for people who want to watch what the people closest to a business actually do with their own money.
