SEC Notifier is an analytics terminal for U.S. insider trading. It reads the ownership filings that company insiders submit to the SEC — Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144 — and turns them into something you can actually explore: who is buying and selling, in what role, when, and where it clusters across companies and people.

Using the terminal

It opens on the Daily Brief — the latest filing day distilled into net flow, top buys and sells, same-day clusters, new insiders, and proposed sales. From there: Flows surfaces cluster signals (several insiders trading the same way) and net insider flow per company, Insiders ranks the most active filers, Graph maps who trades what, Filings is the raw feed, and Form 144 lists proposed sales. Sign in to keep a Watchlist and get email alerts. Every company and insider opens a drill-down with its price chart, buy/sell markers, roles, and transactions.

Search and keyboard

Press Ctrl/⌘ K to open the Terminal and search any insider or company by name. Navigation is keyboard-first: press g then d, f, i, g, l, s, or w to jump between views (hold g to see the keys), j / k moves the selected row, Enter drills in, t toggles the theme, and ? lists every shortcut.

Reading the price chart

On a company page, green ▲ marks where insiders bought and red ▼ where they sold, plotted on the stock’s price line — hover a marker for the filing details. It is the fastest way to see whether insiders were trading into strength or weakness.
