Watchlist and email alerts — follow insiders and companies

You can follow any company or insider and be emailed when a new filing lands for them. Following takes a free account — sign in with an email and password from the header.

Following

Open any company or insider and click the ★ Follow button in its header. Companies and insiders are each followed by their SEC identifier, so a follow keeps working as new filings arrive. The Watchlist view lists everyone you follow, grouped into companies and insiders, each with its most recent filing — click through to the full detail.

Email alerts

Your email address is both your login and where alerts are sent. From the Watchlist you choose how often you hear from us:

• Instant — an email goes out shortly after a new filing lands for something you follow.
• Daily digest — at most one email a day, batching everything new for your follows.
• Off — no emails; the Watchlist view still updates.

Each alert is a digest: it lists the new filings across everything you follow, links straight to each filing on EDGAR, and never repeats one you have already been told about.
